Mary Pat Kwoka, Practice Administrator

Mary Pat Kwoka has been employed by Panzer Dermatology Associates since 1995. She has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a Master of Science degree in Management and Health Care Administration.

As Practice Administrator, her responsibilities include patient satisfaction, personnel, employee policies and procedures, overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll, insurance contracting, future business planning, and in-house support for all staff and providers.

Mary Pat is a proud member of the Delaware Medical Group Management Association (DMGMA) and the Association of Dermatology Administrator/Managers (ADA/M) and is also a Notary. She lives in Newark, DE and currently is the Varsity Volleyball  and Softball Coach at Archmere Academy. She especially enjoys quality time with her friends and family.
